The Prefect is our newest shape. Designed for modern competitive play, it "fits in the box", so you can use it at any major contest. This special edition Skateply colourway is reserved for hand-turned productions only, which means these kendamas are made by hand one at a time in our Vancouver workshop.
Terra pro team member Eric Martin is also a sponsored snowboarder, riding for Alberta-based Olive Skateboards. Olive has been pressing their own skateboards in Canada for over 20 years, using world-renowned Canadian hard-maple to make boards that can take a serious beating. These kendamas are made from that same skateboard-maple, so you know they're going to be legit!
SkatePly is made from the same Canadian hard-maple that is used to make skateboards. Solid, durable, dependable.
Red Elm is the closest living relative of Japanese Keyaki. It is a soft wood species with heavy grain that locks in stall and balance tricks like no other.
Eric's Pro Model Tama is a beech tama coated in our sticky 'beta-beta' paint.
